Living the green life; my podcast with the Greening of Gavin

green_podcast_nzecochickLast night I had a wonderful time being interviewed by Gavin from the Greening of Gavin. I was very excited (and flattered) when Gavin asked me to be a part of his very informative podcast series. We had a ball discussing how and why I live the green life, my chooks, gardening and growing food not lawns, deplasticfication, reducing your child’s waste, general money saving and green tips plus our shared love of Star Trek ha ha geeks. Enjoy.

Thanks so much Gavin I look forward to doing more podcasts with you. Now to make more cheese!

Gavin told me about Pekin bantams oh dears now I want a pair!! Naughty man.

Ha ha yeah great company. We ave an espring too. love it. We have thought about a grey water system but have just redone all the plumbing work and would need a new council permit for a grey water system. So one day we’ll put in a big water tank which will feed the toilet/ washing machine but not yet. Mx

I’ve looked into it and our council wants extra permits for grey water but I understand all councils have different rules. good luck Mx
