I love eating snacks (actually I think most people do). Sometimes it’s hard to eat healthy filling snacks so I thought I’d share one of my favourites.
Hard boil 2 eggs and cut into slices. Layout 9 crackers (any you’d like), add a slice of cheese onto the cracker and then add your egg slice on top. I also add some garlic salt on top for myself but I leave this out when I give it to John.
This is a yummy snack and a great way to get some extra protein into children. You can exchange the crackers for slices cucumber, which is lovely and refreshing. What snacks do you like to eat?
