Mexican hot chocolate mix

Last Christmas I made this wonderful hot chocolate drink for a few friends for Christmas. Everyone who I've made this for has asked me for the recipe so I thought I'd share it. I originally found this recipe on fave crafts and have been making it and giving it away ever since.

Ingredients (to fill 1 large jar)
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (Dutch is best so rich but it is pricey)
1 1/4 cups milk powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
pinch of cayenne pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a large jar.
Add some fabric to the top (I must get some pinking shears they make edges look so pretty). Tie with a piece of (baking) twine.
Add a label that says:
Mexican hot chocolate, spoon 3-4 tbsp into a mug, add hot water and stir. Enjoy.
