More glass soap dispensers

I love my glass soap dispenser and so does my mum.

I made her one out of a cool old jam jar for mother's day. 

A few things I learnt from last time:

When you cut the hole in the lid make sure the lid is flat side down; 

don't try to drill through the hallow part.

Once the hole is drilled use a hammer to flatten the edges down.

Spray the lid before gluing to reduce the risk of rust.

Mum was very happy with her new soap dispenser.

 A friend of mine was inspired by my blog 

and made this super cute bear soap jar for her bathroom.

Anyone else feel inspired?
