January 2012! Wow 2011 where did you go? 2011 was so good to us and I know 2012 is going to be even more amazing. I’m not really a believer in new year’s resolutions as I find I don’t actually keep them so I thought I would just write a few things I’d like to get done this year:

Get chooks – I’m still researching this so this may or may not happen. I really like the idea of chooks so am going to do some more research before I make a final decision on this.
Repaint our bedroom – one day I want to do a total revamp of our bedroom which involves adding an ensuite to our room so I thought a new paint job would be fantastic.
Medicinal herb garden – next to the drive there is an overrun garden that I’ve never really had an interest in so I thought I would pull all the undergrowth out and plant lots of great herbs.
Finish the laundry and bathroom - can't wait for this all to be finished; not long now can't wait to share it with you all.

Central heating system – New Zealand is definitely cold enough to warrant having a central heating system so we’re going to put one in before winter.
Crafts – there are lots of crafts big and small that I want to do this year so watch this space.
NZ Ecochick – I’d like to revamp NZ Ecochick also I have some exciting ideas for the next year for NZ Ecochick.
