I love nothing more than being curled up with a good book. Books contain the most amazing information – it really amazes me people who say they don’t like to read. I believe that a lot of books in life should be read whether you like to read or not. As Charlie “tremendous” Jones says; “You are the same today as you’ll be in five years except for two things, the books you read and the people you meet." So read, read, read everyone. I'd like to say it doesn’t matter what you read but this sentence proves this isn’t true. Though I love to read a lot of feel good books too (insert I love my trashy vampire books and other fun books). Reading can be life changing; whether it’s a self help book that literally changes your life, or a great escape book that allows you some freedom, excitement or adventure. Start a love affair with books.
Books certainly are beautiful but a new book can be rather environmentally unfriendly; all that paper, trees and ink. I’m not saying stop reading; oh no read, read, read and read some more. Though you could borrow a book from the library (remember these – huge buildings just full of amazing books!), you can borrow from a friend or family member, if you just have to own the book (or sometimes you can’t frind what you want and have to buy a book) you can buy loads of cheap second hand books from either trade me or a second hand store.
The newest and greenest way to read books is electronically. You don’t have to buy a fancy device to be able to do this; you can download kindle for PC from Amazon for free. I like this as I can pay around US$10 for a book and have it in my hands in a second! I can have a huge library of books to keep without cutting down any trees or taking up any space in my home. So read, read, read….
